Intervention Teacher (Part-time)

Heathermount school is looking to appoint an organised, positive, and enthusiastic Intervention teacher (part-time) to deliver small group and 1:1 English and Math sessions to our very capable autistic students who are working towards GCSE and Functional Skills qualifications.

Working with subject specialists, our Intervention teacher will engage with students who need extra support to reinforce concepts, address misconceptions or address gaps in knowledge and will help them fulfil their full potential. This will primarily be focused on English and Math subject areas in KS3/4.

Visits and informal discussions are warmly welcomed and encouraged. Please contact Julie-Ann Stone on 01344 875101 or by email to admin@heathermount.co.uk

The application form can be downloaded from our Vacancies page.

The closing date for this post is Wednesday 7th December 2022.

NB At Heathermount we evaluate applications on receipt and may contact suitable candidates for interview before the closing date. Please note, the role will close as soon as a successful candidate is appointed so early application is recommended.
