Earth Class visit Windsor
On Thursday 20th November, Earth Class visited Windsor as part of their ASDAN course.
The day began with a walk to the local bus stop, where we caught the bus to Windsor and enjoyed a scenic journey through Windsor Great Park. The students were wonderfully polite, greeting the driver with a cheerful “Good morning” and thanking him at the end of the trip.
During the visit, we played Community Sign Bingo. Each student was given a bingo card filled with common community signs they might encounter when navigating a town. The class did an excellent job spotting signs such as information boards, shop signs, maps, and emergency exits.
We were also very lucky to witness the Changing of the Guard parade—a highlight of the day! The students’ behaviour was exemplary throughout the trip, and one of the police guards even invited them to take a photo with him between the two parades.
It was a fantastic outing, and we are very proud of Earth Class for representing our school so well.
