An update from Earth class!
Members of Earth class have written their own update this term on their trip to Pizza Express! Thank you Earth for your contribution.
On Thursday 4th December, Earth class visited Pizza Express in Bracknell.
We travelled by train to practice using public transport skills that we have been working on all term.
When we arrived in Bracknell we walked to the town centre following the community signs that we had used on our previous trip.
We saw lots of Christmas decorations and market stalls on our way to Pizza Express.
All the students sat together at one big table. We practised our speaking skills when ordering our food with the waiter. We ordered dough balls, pizza or chicken salad and had ice cream or chocolate brownie for pudding.
The best part of the trip for each of us was:
- Sebby: being able to order pizza with the waiter.
- Swaroop: having a ham and mushroom pizza and ice cream for pudding.
- Georgie: being able to practice our money skills when buying a toy from the shop.
- Paru: having freshly made pizza.
- Sammy: being able to eat lunch outside of school.
All the students were very well mannered and the staff at Pizza Express said they were the best behaved and polite students they have had for a while.
