Learning through mini golf!

Student about to hit his golf ball at one of the holes

Earth Class (Zoe’s group) enjoyed an exciting excursion to a local mini golf course.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to develop their gross motor skills as they aimed and hit golf balls around the course, carefully navigating obstacles and turns. The trip also provided a valuable real-world maths experience. Students counted the number of hits for each hole and added their scores together at the end of the game, reinforcing number skills in a fun and meaningful way.

Everyone showed great focus, teamwork, and enthusiasm throughout the activity, making it a memorable and rewarding learning experience for all involved.
