In November 2025 we held our Nutritionist Parent Evening with Kathryn Watson. Kathryn is a nutritionist and health coach who is passionate about making healthy eating easy. As a busy working mother herself, she understands the challenges of juggling daily responsibilities while trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her personal experience is what drives her commitment to helping others—particularly women—adopt healthy habits that genuinely work for them (https://www.kathrynjwatson.com/).
The evening was extremely helpful, offering clear, practical guidance on how to eat healthily and support positive habits at home. Kathryn provided valuable information, answered questions and made thoughtful recommendations based on her knowledge and experience. Parents left with useful strategies they can apply in everyday life to promote healthier eating for the whole family.
Kathryn then ran a Children’s Healthy Eating Workshop for the Primary Children during the school day. This workshop provided fun and practical tips to help children develop healthy eating habits and make nutritious choices enjoyable.
