Our Level 2 Food Production and Cookery students continue to develop their practical skills through a range of industry-standard techniques. This week, learners have been focusing on the skill of coating chicken as part of producing a classic chicken katsu curry.

Foundation have had a fantastic time learning about Chinese New Year.
Pine class visited RHS Wisley Gardens, where they took part in an interesting workshop about plants.
Earth Class (Zoe’s group) enjoyed an exciting excursion to a local mini golf course.
Students in Earth Class (Zoe’s group) completed an exciting treasure trail around Eton.
The last week at work of term has been truly magical - Santa and his Reindeer visited Heathermount!
