Exploring Careers at IHG
What an incredible day for our students spending time at IHG’s Global Headquarters in Windsor! They were given a fantastic opportunity to explore careers in the hospitality industry, gain insight into life at IHG Hotels & Resorts, and even pitch their own hotel brand ideas to the marketing team.
A huge thank you to Rohan, Caroline, and especially Josh Seitler for your warm welcome and encouragement. Also thanks to Nancy Lalor at Learning to Work for introducing us.
These experiences are invaluable—not only do they allow students to envision a future in the industry, but they also give employers the chance to see the many strengths neurodivergent individuals bring to the workplace.
