DofE Bronze sponsored walk

Students taking part in the Duke of Edinburgh Bronze Award recently completed their sponsored walk, showing determination and resilience throughout the challenge.

Every student successfully achieved the distance they had set out to complete, demonstrating excellent commitment and teamwork along the way, and raised money for Cancer Research UK.

Although the weather was kind to us for much of the day, the afternoon brought heavy rain that made the final stages more challenging. Those who chose the 14-mile route showed real perseverance, reaching the finish line completely soaked.

Well done to all students involved for their effort, positive attitude, and for supporting one another throughout the walk. It was fantastic to see everyone rise to the challenge and complete their chosen distance.
