Catering Students Work in the Main Kitchen

On Wednesday 24th September, and as part of their Entry 3 and Level 1 Hospitality and Catering course,  four students were invited into the main kitchen to work along side Tina and Pat to prepare, deliver and serve the school lunch. What they didn't expect was the School Governors, who were meeting that day, to also be catered for. Jake, Glyes, Courtney and Scott went about their work in a very professional manner. Caroline Randall, their Catering Tutor, commented, 'I was extremely proud of the way the students coped with the pressures of a working kitchen.  They worked together to produce quality food that was on time and beautifully served.' 

On the menu for this day was; haloumi and rice, Cajun chicken and rice, jacket potatoes, pasta and sandwiches.
